Why Marion, you write poetry and paint!! I enjoyed seeing examples of each. August is a bit different here than in your delightful description because while it's not usually overly hot, by the time it arrives, the annual drought is well established, the result being that everything is dirty and brown, and the trees are starting to drop their leaves.
Snow, I’m a renaissance woman. I write, paint, garden, study the Bible & Torah & the Tao, do collage art, study world religions, meditate, cook, sew, read all genres of books, collect McCoy vintage pottery, study artists, collect Blythe dolls, make jewelry, go to group therapy, create paper clay dolls, have written book reviews for 20 years, collage cans, study botany & insects, am a self-taught photographer and much, much more. Life is short and I enjoy all of it. I’m also a cloud gazer. xo
